Spacious, clean rooms and a lovely location made for a fantastic escape. Early check-in was a treat, and the staff were good, accommodating us on the same floor. Great vibes all around, really!

Though, if you're a fan of powerful showers, you might feel like you're under a dribbling tap. And oh, WiFi? Well, let's say it was like a shy turtle-slow to come out!

The last thing we liked was the BREAKFAST. For what you charge for it, the products should be FRESH of the day and spare parts EVERY day and with more variety. It is not understandable that this is not the case since there are homemade products all over the island . You don't have to be very careful to realize that they put the same sweet ham for 4 days and after 4 days they put it inside a croissant to see if it fits. (I could give more examples). Tips are achieved with a quality service not only with smiles, at least in Spain. There is a lack of mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Bearing in mind that the Apartahotel is in the middle of a natural place .. if during the day you open at night the mosquitoes bother you a lot. On the walls are the proofs of this. Inadequate maintenance of the pool (too much chlorine and no use of a purifier)

This was the very best hotel in Europe in which we stayed. The staff was friendly and met our every need! The food was delicious and the view of the harbour was glorious. I could not think of anything that could have made our visit in Mahon more pleasurable. It's a little remote/hard to find, but well worth the drive outside of downtown Mahon. What an unexpected treat!

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly and the views were choice! But the WiFi was slow as, and I reckon the pool could've been warmer.

The views from my Studio with Sea View were amazing, transforming every moment into a photo opportunity. The clean and spacious design of the room. Morning breakfasts were a delight, with a variety of hearty options available to kickstart the day.

Breakfast was good, quite location, air con worked very well

Bath & shower took over 24hrs to be repaired as the maintenance man did not work on a Saturday according to the receptionist.

We had a great time, from stepping on to the balcony and seeing the view of the bay and the occasional cruise ship floating by, through to resting by the pool or taking short drives around the island. Coming back to our room, it soon felt like it was "our home", spacious, clean and welcoming. Despite being on the 3rd level, we had no stairs to climb due to the clever design of the building blending with the hill behind it, giving us the best of both worlds.. An upper floor view and ground floor access from the road/car park.

There was only one shop and no alternative restaurants within the district, but by car, any point on the whole island is accessible within an hour and a bit. Mao port and its many restaurants and the airport are no more than 15 mins away inc parking time. Whlst the staff were great and always helpful, they did seem to be over worked at breakfast time and I'd worry if they could cope at a busier time, however, we experienced no actual problems. The tv was a bit limited with only news channels in English whilst Spanish and German channels had a variety of output, but my attempts to learn Spanish were helped by this. The walk from room to breakfast was a bit long, considering it was quite close to our balcony. The journey required leaving the hotel and using the road for 50metres and a further 100m inside the grounds, which might be a problem for older travellers or in more adverse weather, but for two mid 50 year olds it was 5 mins in the sunshine and not a problem

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, with convenient shuttle service to the beach, made exploring the area effortless.

Just not enough going on for us we like to be able to walk to different bars and restaurants and not always have to use a car.
